Position Summary
The CRM Analyst provides business support and guidance in the domains of Salesforce, Tableau, and other Marketing, Sales, and Financial Analysis tools. This role will entail multiple facets of operations including end-customer data mapping, data feeds, analysis, and reporting. This position requires interaction with various internal teams including, but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and IT. The CRM Analyst is expected to review business requirements and provide best practice implementation recommendations to the business owners. This position will be responsible for providing actionable insights into business trends and opportunities by using various data sources.

 Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including documentation and support, such as developing procedure/techniques to minimize the time required to enter/update data within CRM.

Collect and evaluate internal and external information to be analyzed within Salesforce/Tableau from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and translate them into technical requirements.

Develop/update all reports, dashboards, KPI’s and customer base analytics within Salesforce/Tableau to understand current trends, insight into customer behavior, market conditions, and key competitors.

Conduct ongoing quality reviews and analysis of data in CRM.  Identify any data problems and/or compliance issues and escalate to CRM oversight team for corrective action.

Responsible for reassigning accounts and contacts in response to sales territory changes.

Keep well-informed of new Salesforce and Tableau features/functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Proactively communicate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs.

Primary contact for conducting all internal Tableau/Salesforce training and serves as subject manager expert within the Finance team and the larger organization. 

Education Degree
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or MarketingRequired Experience

Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce or similar CRM Analysis experience.
SAP and Tableau knowledge are highly desirable. SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, R, Python knowledge preferred. Additional PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Information Systems
