Position Summary
Our dental segment, HuFriedyGroup, enables dental professionals to reduce risk, improve efficiencies, drive compliance, and enhance patient and staff safety. The Sr. Pricing Analyst will be responsible for pricing related analysis and reporting for the Dental Segment. Primary responsibilities include supporting the sales team by reviewing pricing strategy, responding to inquiries and providing price input and recommendations for bids and contracts. This position will maintain pricing for all contracts including, but not limited to Schools, Group Practices, Community Health Centers, and Government. In addition, this position will assist the Commercial Finance team in supporting the Sales, Marketing, FP&A and Accounting groups in business activities related to sales and pricing analysis. Frequent contact with internal customers, occasional contact with external customers is required and often involves working under tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.

Education Degree
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or AccountingRequired Experience

Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience.  Pricing, dealer contract, chargeback experience preferred.
Advanced PC skills: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SAP and Business Warehouse
Strong analytical skills: Recognizing patterns in data, information, or events, drawing logical conclusions, and making recommendations for action.
Strong communication skills: Listening effectively transmitting information accurately, understandably, and seeking feedback.
Planning and organization: Anticipating and drawing inferences about the future and structuring resources and actions in a logical manner.  Establishing a course of action to ensure work is efficiently completed.
Productivity: Taking the lead in getting the job done in an effective and efficient manner and accepting responsibility for personal actions, results and costs.  Taking prompt action to go beyond what is expected.
Ability to work with teams: Building collaboration among individuals, sharing information and resources, and working to achieve group goals and outcomes.
Can work independently, self-motivated: Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks as committed.
