About Us:

Annual merit bonus and incentive plans are offered. This position works a 4th shift shift and offers overtime potential based on business needs. For 16 of the hours, there is a $1 shift differential and for 24 of the hours there is a $3.00 shift differential 
What you will do with us:

Safely and accurately handle and process Customer product in a highly regulated FDA, ISO and GMP industrial sterilization environment
Complete hard copy and electronic documentation
Operate, monitor, and assist with minor maintenance of processing equipment

How you will learn your role:

Review work instructions along with vital policies and procedures
Take part in on-the-job training, overseen by your Hiring Manager
Demonstrate ability to meet the requirements of the job

Education Degree
High School Diploma or GED
You will be a great fit if you can:

Pass a background check and drug screen
Demonstrate the ability to follow safety rules and be safety aware at all times
Demonstrate the desire to learn, be productive and contribute to the team
Demonstrate reliability and dependability
Show a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehousing/manufacturing environment (preferred)
Pass the company Operator training program and maintain certification
Show certification to operate material handling equipment including forklifts
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
