Position Summary
Part-time, 22.5 hours each week working over 4 days. 

To provide administrative services to the Sheffield Parkway STERIS Instrument Management service site.
Duties
First line customer assistance, including answering telephone calls; assisting with fast track; loan kit; change control, and all other enquiries.

Provide Administration in relation to SynergyTrak including but not limited to: Administration of CCN and Loan sets. Setting up new users (sc.com)

Liaise with the Production Team where enquiries need immediate escalation; e.g Fast Track requests

General administration, including filing, photocopying, generation of correspondence.
Duties – cont’d
Reception duties where necessary; greeting visitors to site

Ordering and maintenance of stock where required to agreed levels and participate in monthly stock taking.

General finance administration including filing and recording of invoices and raising of purchase / sales orders.

Supporting the administration of HR related activities as and when required.

Process Annual leave / Holiday requests.

Assist in the arrangement of meetings, conferences and any internal or external events. Ensuring catering arrangements and equipment bookings are in place

To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.
Skills
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to carry out instructions accurately

Minimum Business Administration NVQ 2 or Equivalent qualification, or experience Required

Excellent organisational skills and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills and customer care skills
