How You Will Make a Difference:
As the Procedural Sales Representative, you are responsible for establishing, growing, and maintaining Customer relationships to increase and maintain sales revenue of existing products within the portfolio. You are responsible for cultivating new sales opportunities by meeting with prospects to uncover needs of the Customer with the portfolio of products provided. (Selling 5 Main Products) and other surgical table accessories 1. OR Locate Sponge Solutions, 2. Smoking Evacuation System, 3. Patient Warmers, 4. Pressure Management and 5. Headlights

What You Will Do:
Develop and execute a yearly business plan for the product line.
Achieve all revenue, gross margin, and focus product objectives established by the Business Unit.
Develop relationships with Customers in the healthcare facilities to promote STERIS product and services offering.
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships and communications with counterparts in Clinical Education, Surgical/Critical Care, Technical Services, Sterile Processing, and Home Office Support.
Manage the after-sale process, including installation and in-servicing to ensure customers have thorough knowledge or the safe use of the equipment.
Hold quarterly business reviews with key Customers to understand where STERIS is excelling and where STERIS has opportunities for improvement.
What You Need to be Successful:
Bachelor’s Degree required (Business or Marketing preferred).
Minimum three (3) years successful sales experience in the medical device field.
Demonstrated ability to manage large portfolio of products across multiple sell points.
Demonstrated clinical selling and concept selling skills.
Understanding of the hospital buying process.
Demonstrated ability to sell in the clinical space and optimally in the surgical space.
Understanding of consumable product sales process.
Understanding of capital product sales process.
