Are you a strong communicator who likes to think critically? Join our Life Sciences team as a Business Systems Analyst who will serve as a liaison between various internal departments, participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will develop and update appropriate training modality to support new software releases, process changes, and to drive ongoing adoption of business systems. You will also provide on-going technical, development and process support, and assist with the development and testing of software changes.
This is a hybrid role based in Mentor, OH. Eligible to work hybrid after 90 days.
What You Will Do
Evaluates projects, compiles accurate data, proactively analyzes trends and presents finding to Sales and Customer Operations management team with the goal of identifying opportunities to improve productivity and effectiveness.
In conjunction with Management, prioritizes key analysis projects and assists in the development and deployment of best practices within the department.
Develops, maintains and provides ongoing analysis associated with Power Analyzer, 360 and Sales Connection reports.
Utilizes Oracle to upload and maintain contract pricing and annual pricing increases for global Life Sciences
Functions as liaison with Marketing for implementation and support of on-line marketing programs, including scheduling of promotional campaigns, tracking of on-line metrics and reporting statistics.
Functions as liaison with IT to define and implement sales tool/process improvements, including automation of local pricing agreement processes to minimize manual pricing entry.
Exhibits a commitment to the shared values of Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement through ensuring defect-free workmanship, assisting others to meet the customer’s needs, searching for efficient and effective ways to reduce waste, being active and accountable for customer satisfaction, and satisfying the customer’s needs with a sense of urgency.
What You Need To Be Successful
Bachelors degree Information Management, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related fields required
Minimum of three years related experience required
2 years of analysis related or project management experience preferred
Knowledge of administration, reporting, dashboards, and essential STERIS programs, including Oracle, Sales Connection, Power Analyzer, 360 preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Oracle (or similar ERP system)
Strong organization, planning and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Demonstrates initiative and adaptability, and develops innovative solutions to problems
Builds and maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers
Background in CRM, Sugar CRM, preferred
