Position Summary
This position will serve as the primary administrator for assigned Successfactors (Compass) modules.  Working with various stakeholders, including VPHR, HR Directors, HRIS, and the HR Systems steering committee, this incumbent will ensure the system is fully optimized and returns value to the organization.

Oversee the daily administration of the SAP SuccessFactors system for assigned modules.  This includes advanced troubleshooting, testing, opening tickets with SuccessFactors support, and working to resolve any system issues.
Partner with HR leadership and other stakeholders to help configure, maintain, and operate the system to reflect and communicate business processes and manage HR events. 
Support and drive continuous improvement to improve standardization and consistency with HR business process
Optimize system capabilities by aligning business priorities to system capabilities.  Analyze optimization opportunities, make recommendations, and implement approved changes.
Comply with the system Governance process put in place to ensure changes are vetted and aligned with the overall system roadmap.
Consistently stay up to date and informed on the SuccessFactors system through various means such as attending training, utilizing the community site, attending user group meetings, obtaining certification in your assigned module, etc.
Project manage small and medium projects, including leading cross-functional teams to drive changes or processes to completion.  May lead large projects, or act as a key player on such projects. 
Partner with the HRIS team to manage quarterly release process for assigned modules, including analyzing release changes, testing changes, and managing go-live issues.
Train users on release changes as needed.  Create/update system and training documents for each new release.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, and enhancements.  Pull in partners from IT and HRIS as needed.
Develop basic reporting as needed using system report writers.
Provide end user support to ensure to ensure adoption and ease of use.  Serve as a point of contact for escalation issues. Develop and deliver training to HR and/or employees.  Maintain/create training materials such as manuals, job aids, etc.
Manage acquisition of new employee data into the system including working with the new business to obtain data, working with HRIS to load data and train new users.

Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years direct experience managing cloud based HR system(s).   
Experience must include HRIS implementation or configuration experience that includes broad system architecture as well as module specific expertise.  Experience with Successfactors a must.
Experience must include system configuration, business process design, reporting, and technical troubleshooting of one or more HR systems.
A grasp of the HR Service delivery & current technology landscape.
Previous experience with employee data or HRIS analysis.
Demonstrated experience in process design and implementation 
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
Project management experience required.
Experience in requirements gathering.
Experience in development of systems and testing.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong relationship skills-both internal/external.

Preferred Experience

SAP Successfactors administration knowledge strongly preferred.
Skilled in verbal and written communication including facilitation, delivering presentations, and providing targeted training 
Work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong attention to detail.
