Within the EMEA region, the Ireland Sales Manager will support the EMEA Commercial team execute a number of critical Commercial aims, The role:
is intended to develop regional profitable sales in a selected number of strategically important accounts
will form part of the team responsible for developing Key Accounts
build strong effective partnership and relationships with key Stakeholders within these Key Accounts
will drive % of business under contract within these accounts to 100%
will ensure maximum value extraction for capacity offered
will be instrumental in focusing internal STERIS resources around service metrics required by Key Accounts
(Business) Works with the UK and Ireland Commercial Manager to establish a business and sales strategy for top Key Accounts
(Accountability ) Drives revenue and profit targets for Key Accounts being mindful of the EMEA network that is available
(Accountability ) Ensure 100% of volume sold to Key Accounts is under contract with detailed forecast provided to the Operations team and managed effectively with the provision to these accounts of our key metrics on a monthly basis
(Accountability ) Put in place Quarterly Business Reviews with all Key Accounts reviewing our selected KPI’s of OTD and Right First Time. Use these meetings to drive more effective forecasting and planning
(Business) While Undertaking contract negotiations strive to achieve maximum price increases and exclusivity to the Steris service provision using the network of sites and our technology neutral approach
(Business) Use strategic selling processes to clearly understand Customer development plans anticipating and communicating Customer future requirements
(Customers First) Working with SOP, & local Operations Managers , drive improved customer perceptions of STERIS services improving NPS scores of 75+
(Customers First) In conjunction with Marketing and the Technical Team, develops an innovative Customer visitor experience and supports the hosting of targeted Customers to our innovative EO service offering across the EMEA region. This will involve an undertaking to work on EO technical knowledge through technical training provided and EO selling guidelines. Understands the new EO sustainability service offering and how to communicate.
(Customer First) Working with the Operational teams across EMEA to improve the NPS of these Key Customers
(Accountability) For these specific Key Accounts Be the lead commercial person in relation to ALL elements of the service offering, involved in every meeting on site and at the customers sites managing the OTOG approach.
