Position Summary
The Senior TA Partner is responsible for initiating and leading talent acquisition efforts to include full life cycle recruiting, developing and executing a broad based sourcing strategy, ultimately delivering a viable talent pipeline for the business. Responsibilities will also include tracking and reporting on key metrics, driving process improvements, leading recruiting and HR effectiveness initiatives and building a strong relationship with functional HR leaders, business leaders, and hiring managers. 

Will have the opportunity to deliver on short and long term recruiting strategies in alignment with the business objectives of their assigned functions. The objective is to provide comprehensive recruiting leadership and support, working closely with the business and HR partners at all levels
Duties

Manages and executes full life cycle recruiting

Partners with HR and hiring managers, develops a deep understanding of assigned positions and business groups. Identifies required skills, experience, and competencies, as well as other in tangible job profile preferences. 
Develops and implements effective, leading edge sourcing strategies. Leverages a range of sources, relevant to the job, such as universities, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google search, and other social media. Identifies key diversity sourcing tools to ensures attracting a diverse pool of talent. 
Designs behavioral based interviewing guides, based on core and functional competencies.
Sources, screens and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers. 
Applies tools and provides guidance and advice to influence the best hiring decision.
 Extends, negotiates and closes offers. 

Provides hiring managers with advice, training and tools to create an effective hiring process and positive experience for the candidate. 

Applies and train others on behavioral interviewing methodologies. 
Creates customized technical and behavioral interview guides, with focus on core and functional job competencies. 
Fosters a positive, professional interviewing experience for candidates. 
Works with hiring managers, HR team members and support staff to coordinate and schedule interviews, to include travel arrangements if required. 

Develops a network of potential candidates or referral sources. Serves as company liaison to candidates, presenting a positive and compelling company image.

Serves as the interface between candidates and hiring managers. 
Delivers prompt follow up and feedback to candidates in the interview process. 
Provides realistic and thorough job overviews, highlighting the benefits of a career at STERIS. 
Builds a network with relevant industry, professional, or other groups to create a pipeline of talent. 

Manages recruiting process effectively.

Manages requisitions through ATS to ensure that hiring activity is documented according to OFCCP and AAP requirements. 
Tracks data accurately, review and report on recruiting metrics to include time to fill, cost of hire, and other required reports. 

Provides leadership or support on recruiting related initiatives or programs.

Assumes ownership of assigned areas of expertise, such as use of social media, recruiting process tools, behavioral interviewing, ATS administration, or college recruiting, as examples.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s Degree – B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Four (4) to six (6) years recruitment and/or staffing experience in a professional fast paced corporate environment. 
Must have working experience with ATS and AAP/OFCCP compliance.
Must have experience recruiting professional and leadership positions.
Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment processes, recruitment strategies are necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work, handles multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and enforce deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to reassess and re-prioritize.
Ability to take initiative; strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build relationships, recruit candidates and make selection decisions.
Strong computer skills.

Preferred Experience

Industry and previous sales recruitment experience preferred.
DDI Certified preferred
