Position Summary
The Customer Care Supervisor will strive to deliver the most respected and valued customer care in the dental industry through courteous, prompt and first-class service to our dealer partners and end users. Drive positive results in the handling of inquiries and/or complaints in ways that create improved, lasting relationships with customers. Promote products and positively impact customers experience with each interaction. This position requires SAP, business level English and people management skills.
Duties

Leader & Coordinator of the Customer Care Team. 

Order Processing and Logistics.

Dealer and Customer Management.

Other Responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to

General office administration (Office upkeep, ordering office supplies, etc.)

Translate documents and provide support as necessary to the HFJ Director with daily issues or confidential matters

Provide the Sales Team with any necessary support

Data entry in CRM system (ZOHO)

Education Degree
High School Diploma or GEDRequired Experience & Skills

​​​​​​Japanese Native Level, English Business Level

5 years’ experience as a Customer Care team-lead or manager is preferred

Must have experience with SAP

Logistic experience is a plus

Strong customer care skills to keep our dealers and internal customers satisfied

Organization and filing skills

Must be a team player willing to help where needed

Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), Word and PowerPoint at an intermediate level

Experience using a Customer Relationship Management system (ZOHO, Salesforce.com) is a plus
