Position : Senior Product Quality Manager

Work location : Seattle, Washington

Job Details

The Senior Product Quality Manager represents Quality and Safety through the Lifecycle of Peloton Products.  They work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply-Chain, and other teams to ensure Quality and Safety goals are met.  The Senior Product Quality Manager is the key interface to all Quality and Safety Functions to ensure Deliverables are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with Cross-functional teams to ensure Quality and Safety requirements are being met and capture risks
Responsible for Quality and Safety deliverables through Product Development
Lead Cross-functional Quality Teams through Product Development including Supplier Quality, Reliability and Validation, Design Quality.
Communicate Quality and Safety Risk and Status to leadership and other stakeholders
Lead Design Risk Assessment Assessment and Mitigation
International and domestic travel up to 30%

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in Science or Engineering (or higher education)
8 or more years working in Product Development of Electro-Mechanical Products (Fitness Equipment, Medical, Aerospace, Medical) with 5 or more years working in a Quality Role
Strong Engineering and Manufacturing experience.  Knowledge of Best Practices in Engineering and Manufacturing.
Leadership Experience.  Cross-functional or direct management of a team.
Deep understanding of Design Quality Assurance and Risk Management Processes
Data-driven.  Ability to utilize Product Test Data, Field Data, and Business Analysis to drive decision making.
Passionate about Quality and Safety.  Effective cross-functional Voice of Quality and able to build cross-functional partnerships to achieve goals
Communication/language requirements (international roles)
