Job Details

Peloton is searching for a highly organized “Instructor Strategy Coordinator” to work with our Instructor Strategy Team on the coordination and execution of our instructor acquisition, marketing and strategy efforts. This role will be focused on project tracking & organizing of the casting and onboarding processes for Instructors at Peloton Studios London, including assistance on international relocations as well as project tracking . The Instructor Strategy Team sets the strategy, workflow process & vision for the future of our global Instructor team and is critical to the operation of our business.
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized people-person with excellent project management skills, an ability to organize multiple workflows and a can-do attitude. This role will support teams at Peloton with fairness, humility, inclusion, and open-mindedness.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Coordinate day-to-day operations for Talent Strategy team including, stakeholder meetings, coordination of casting, auditioning and video audition intake.
Assist in the management of our talent database 
Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools, organize & track all documentation involved in day-to-day talent management, casting and auditioning,onboarding.
Along with Talent Strategy team, support external departments with problem solving, anticipating needs and concerns, and providing solutions within the Talent processes
Coordinate a high volume of complex phone and onsite interviews, organize travel arrangements for candidates, and provide confirmations for the candidate
Act as the liaison between Director of modality, Executive Producer, Executive and Talent teams 
Contribute to projects that positively impact the talent team

EXPERIENCE/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

Incredible organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage their time efficiently
1+ years of experience in production and/or talent management or acquisition
Excellent knowledge of excel, google sheets and project management software is essential
Remarkable customer-service focus, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be flexible and work cross-functionally across the business
Empathetic understanding of the candidate process
Proactive, responsive work style
Bachelor’s degree
French, German or Spanish language skills would be an advantage (but not essential)
An interest in health and wellness would be an advantage (but not essential)
