Job Details

The Senior Program Manager, Strategy & Analytics, is a key role on the Quality and Safety team. This role is responsible for identifying and driving key initiatives across the Product Development and Operations organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of quality operations, end-to-end supply chain, key operational metrics and the ability to drive complex initiatives. 
This role will spend its time both creating the strategy to approach critical areas and initiatives based on scoping efforts, along with supporting the execution of such initiatives. It will require staying organized and focused with a strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex data and information to a cross functional audience, including executives. This person will become the primary point of contact across the business for key initiatives being driven. This role reports into the Director of Strategy and Analytics on the Strategy and Systems team within the Quality and Safety organization. 

Synthesize, display, and communicate complex information clearly and effectively, especially upwards for executives 
Quickly understand and assess new issues and areas, and accordingly, put together proposals and strategies on where to focus 
Become the primary drivery and point of contact for key initiatives across the business – support teams in effective prioritization of work 
Work closely with cross functional data analysts and engineers to understand landscape and formulate analytic insights 
Drive forward cross functional initiatives with high business impact, working closely with teams like Finance, Member Experience, Final Mile, and Product Development 
Plan and the support the execution of key initiatives, such as the creation and implementation of efficient processes to help the business realize benefits of various initiatives and analysis ● Within the Quality team, develop strategy and tools to track and increase KPIs ● Build relationships and partnerships within the Quality team and cross functionally ● Capture organizational knowledge related to data and document processes/solutions ● Drive action where gaps are identified 


5+ more years experience leveraging data and driving complex cross functional initiatives ● Low ego mentality and ability to work effectively cross functionally 
Passion for problem solving and ability to work with ambiguity
Excellent communicator and able to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders 
Development and implementation of process 
Project management skills in order to oversee initial implementation – ability to juggle and prioritize numerous moving pieces 
Self-motivated, action-driven and biased towards results, and has a strong sense of ownership ● Demonstrated experience working with Quality Operations related metrics – understanding of quality operations, manufacturing, end-to-end supply chain and industry KPIs (Warranty, CoPQ, etc) to manage performance 
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, lean environment with an emphasis on practical solutioning
