Position : Senior Manager, Labor and Employment Compliance

Job Details

Peloton is looking for a driven, dynamic labor and employment compliance professional to join our Risk, Ethics and Compliance team. The person in this role will support internal stakeholders across all markets on labor and employment matters. This position requires a thorough understanding of Peloton’s multi-faceted business, particularly the applicable laws and regulations in the locations in which its team members work and the roles these team members perform, in order to support Peloton’s business objectives.

Partner with the Legal, People and other Teams to enhance Peloton’s labor and employment compliance program and facilitate Peloton’s adherence to applicable labor and employment laws across all areas, including payroll, hiring, leaves of absence and accommodations, discrimination, discipline, termination, internal investigations, wage and hour compliance and more
Stay abreast of global employment and ethics related legislative and regulatory developments, and partner with the People and Legal Teams to ensure that any necessary changes are made to our policies, procedures, postings, trainings, and Team Handbook 
Conduct risk assessments periodically to assess Peloton’s Labor and Employment risks; in partnership with People and Legal Teams, leverage outputs to identify and implement compliance controls and process improvements 
Partner with the Legal,  Team Member Relations, People, Global Safety and Security Operations and other Teams to continuously improve our ethics and investigations policies and procedures. Direct, advise and conduct internal investigations, as appropriate. 
In collaboration with the Legal Team, develop Labor and Employment and Ethics trainings for Peloton team members; document training certifications as required, and refresh trainings on a regular basis
Perform other job functions as are necessary to support Peloton’s growing Compliance organization


6+ years’ experience focusing on labor and employment legal and compliance issues; experience advising People/Human Resources teams in-house is strongly preferred;  
Experience working with diverse employee populations, including corporate and field-based employees, a major plus 
Superior critical thinking skills, with a bias for action
Must be an independent and strategic thinker who works collaboratively and is willing to take on additional responsibilities
Enjoy working in a rapidly changing, disruptive business
Superb organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
