ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is searching for an amazing new team member to help keep our facilities immaculate and maintain a safe environment while working alongside a full production and operations team! Peloton Studios New York operates 365 days a year to deliver both a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content and world class boutique fitness offerings to our members.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Act as a lead and role model to all full and part-time hourly team members.
Have exceptional knowledge of all things Peloton, Content and Studio.
Assist new hires in adjusting to a new work environment and be first point of contact for onboarding.
Oversee training and coaching for all new team members and ensure consistency and each team member is being trained up to the Peloton Standards.
Through walkthroughs and accurate tracking, reports any necessary repairs or issues up to team leaders.
Working alongside other team leaders to help carry out a top level member experience.
Daily walk-throughs for quality control of studio cleanliness and stock and supply levels.
Performing and tracking weekly inventory count and reporting up to Asst. Manager of Facilities + other team leaders.
Weekly inspection of all facilities equipment and appliances, alerting leadership to anything not up to standard.
Emphasis and focus on maintaining the highest level of safety from the Facilities team.
Able to coordinate delivery intake and storage of maintenance supply deliveries.
Responsible for all tasks under Studio Facilities role while leading by example professionally and with enthusiasm, providing mentorship to other teammates.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
Have been in Facilities position or a similar position for a minimum of 8-12 months
Experience in inventory management, production and customer service preferred
Proficiency in using G-Suite, Slack and MS Office preferred
Ability to promote team members to perform Peloton standards
Willingness to lead other team members and act as a role model
Professional mentality and demeanor
Overall understanding of all studio team positions
Must have excellent communication and time management skills
High level knowledge of building protocols and procedures
Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
Ability to effectively practice time management within a television style production schedule
As this is a customer facing retail position, you will be required to work on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical essential functions of the job also require that all employees are able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning and late evening weekdays, adapting to meet the needs of the business.
