ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking Concierge team members to join our team who are engaged and energized, responsible, positive, personable and agile! YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Responsible for building out full weekend experiences purchased by Members.
Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.
Assist with pre-arrival arrangements, including but not limited to nearby local experiences and lodging.
Act as a point of reference for members who need assistance throughout the studio while attending to their needs.
Responsible for gathering data and information on members celebrating achievements and special occasions
Partner with Member Experience, Events and Studio Operations to create member surprise & delights and events
Work with talent team in capturing
Provide tours for members and high profile guests
Become proficient in all systems, including but not limited to G-suite, Slack, Looker, Zingfit, Zendesk, Event Management Systems and website studio bot
Answer and respond to member requests via Studio Concierge email.
Appropriately address member feedback in person, via phone or email with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Assist the Group Booking and Events department with any member-organized meetups at Peloton Studios.
Act as event support for all onsite member meet ups, experiences, events
Assist with pre event member accommodations – catering, deliveries and pickups
Assist with internal team communication
Help set up and breakdown for events
Assist Event Coordinator with sharing rules of the studio and managing the overall flow and experience in the studio
Think creatively about ways to enhance the Peloton experience for our members every day in-studio; solve problems, share ideas and implement.
Assist guests and members with locker set up and amenities when requested
Act as liaison to the facilities team to ensure the locker rooms are stocked and meet Peloton standards
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
Experience in customer service/hospitality industry
Reliable, professional, energetic, and friendly
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills and strong time management skills
Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
Must have a positive, can-do attitude
Event experience (preferred)
Able work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning (5AM) and late evening (10PM), adapting to meet the needs of the business. Peloton Studios London requires at minimum 3 days of availability for part time employees, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
