ABOUT THE ROLE 
Are you interested in driving business and product strategy? What about using data to define product opportunities and push the envelope of optimization? If yes, Peloton is seeking a Product Analyst to support the innovation, iteration, and optimization of Peloton’s supply chain products and ownership of their future landscape. The Supply Chain Product team plays a key role in positioning Peloton at the center of technical success by providing insight into platform/integration strategy, maintaining a huge focus on what Peloton’s product future looks like, collaborating with company-wide experts to continuously iterate on amazing ideas, all the while maintaining the metrics, data, and tools associated with your initiatives. 
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON 

Partner closely with product/project stakeholders, business owners, engineers, program managers, and leadership to capture and prioritize potential insights, analysis, and data-driven product/strategic opportunities that will drive maximum business impact. 
Manage product pipeline by identifying trends and building interactive dashboards/reports to give stakeholders and cross-functional partners a significant and consistent understanding of your future product roadmap. 
During initiative definition, help define success metrics and design supportive reporting around the implementation. 
Post-launch, evaluate the deployment using the reporting and collaborate with the initiative team to inform and direct subsequent opportunities. 
Define and monitor KPIs and help communicate to the full Peloton organization on supply chain product/initiative progress and success. 
Work closely with engineering and business intelligence teams to develop any additional data pipelines to enable deeper visibility and improve data infrastructure. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

Have 1+ years of industry experience as an analyst, or in an analytical role. Supply chain experience with a B2C or e-commerce business is a plus. 
Have hands-on experience with manipulating large datasets using Excel, SQL, and Tableau 
Extracting and cleaning up large data sets
Analyzing data using a variety of tools
Synthesizing and presenting results to partners of various seniority levels and professional backgrounds
Have strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Have Intellectual curiosity and a passion for data and analytics
Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and presentation skills to be able to efficiently relay insights to senior leadership 

BONUS:

Experience in and/or passion for health and fitness, sports, gaming, or other related fields
