Peloton is on the hunt for a brilliant, passionate Senior Creative Writer to join the International Creative department! The role will be to help lead and build new campaigns, trans create existing campaigns, help develop the brand TOV, streamline and improve department processes, whilst building positive relationships with the brands’ stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for someone that loves their craft and is eager to produce the best work of their career! This person will be a solid writer in both English and German. (Leading in German) the perfect fit would be a Creative who has developed mass-scale conceptual campaigns, can think BIG, and has an eagle eye for detail.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can bring examples of fun, culturally relevant, and purposeful work with an editorial angle. This person should have a genuine love for sports and fitness that can bring relatable human insights into their creative.
The ideal candidate will be bursting with social ideas, have experience across both digital and print mediums, and also have a deeper experience in the digital landscape having proven examples of large scale integrated 360 marketing campaigns with a focus on video tactics.
No two days are the same at Peloton, and we need a writer who is comfortable trans creating campaigns and writing CRM, but can then switch to conceptualizing and originating campaigns for the DE market, and someone who is hugely proactive and believes in making their own luck.
Reporting into the Creative Director in the UK, they will also collaborate and partner with the local DE Marketing team and Marketing director.

Creative conceptualisation and iteration for fully integrated digital campaigns
Trans create larger campaigns to work for the DE market
Work directly with brand, acquisition and retention marketing partners to understand their needs, and then translate them into a direction the team can successfully carry out
Help strategize new opportunities and improvements for advertising across various channels including social, CRM, landing pages and more
Help to continually define processes to effectively deliver quality creative in a fast-paced environment
Evolve advertising communications on an ongoing basis to improve acquisition marketing performance
Lead and guide creative from concept stages through to production, working with producers, art directors, designers and project managers to deliver the final product
Present creative to teams and partners in a clear and compelling manner


7+ years working as a Copywriter, 3+ within an agency environment
Proven examples of strong digital campaigns
Has lead projects and the creatives working on those projects
Has developed tone of voice for brands
Has experience presenting ideas and enjoys doing it
Experienced in managing stakeholder expectations
Highly organised, with experience of balancing multiple projects with fast turnarounds
Empathetic and motivational – able to lead, manage and build the team
Self-motivated and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Doesn’t take themselves too seriously (we are a casual bunch)
Comfortable bringing your point of view into a discussion
