ABOUT THE ROLE
The Peloton Commercial Marketing Team is searching for a Marketing Operations Associate to help us in our goal of bringing the Peloton experience to commercial facilities globally. In this role, you will be working across all of our verticals (hospitality, residential, commercial clubs and community wellness) to assist the team in both lead generation and lead management activities. The ideal candidate has experience across both B2B and B2C marketing, is proficient in Salesforce systems, and is both wildly creative and process oriented.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Support the go-to-market strategies of the Peloton Commercial team across multiple verticals and geographies
Oversee Salesforce platform for lead management, ensuring data hygiene through sales compliance, post-event reconciliation, and active prospecting
Develop and deploy lead nurture strategies including the establishment and management of an email program with relevant content by vertical
Manage email creation, segmentation and execution for GTM initiatives across segments
Maintain library of sales enablement material, ensuring sale representatives across verticals are equipped with materials needed to close business – serve as the lead POC for sales team for marketing support
Support web team with coordinating content updates to the global Peloton Commercial websites; manage distribution of this content across LinkedIn and other relevant social channels and platforms.
Support the broader Peloton Commercial marketing team in go-to-market activity in both distributor and direct selling channels (e.g., events and trade shows – inclusive of collateral development, ordering of swag and booth branding and pre and post event emails)
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
2-4 years of experience in marketing ideally with a focus on digital marketing in a B2B and/or B2C environment
Intermediate experience with Salesforce platform, including lead capture and nurture, sales opportunity lifecycle management, calendar management, etc.
Highly organized and detailed – can execute complex tasks flawlessly and with minimal oversight
Ability to understand and produce insights from campaign, engagement, and survey results
Strong communication and team skills
Analytical approach and unparalleled attention to detail
Ability to create and adapt structures and formalize processes
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are key
