ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Manager, Business Development (UK), you will be heading up our B2B relationships by growing our team, originating and developing relationships with key tier one partners in defined verticals and effectively executing and evolving commercial arrangements that drive business outcomes for Peloton. You will also develop and leverage cross-functional internal relationships effectively to enable the planning, launch and ongoing improvement of these arrangements, with a focus on operational efficiency and maximum commercial impact.This role is ideal for a committed sales-driven person who is able to think strategically, use initiative to think creatively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Develop, manage and grow Peloton’s B2B efforts in the UK, as a key platform to drive brand awareness, trial, leads and Members
Work with potential partners to design new commercial models/arrangements that drive mutual value, with an appropriate level of operational effort
Leverage and create relevant contacts in defined vertical to develop strategic partnerships to enhance the Peloton brand abroad
Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to assure the successful delivery of new programs of work

Lead the implementation of pilot tests, and rigorously assess the incremental value of new distribution models, or member features
Seek out and field inbound partnership deals with major on-brand partners

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

Equipped with thorough experience in highly analytic and strategic role (management consulting and/or corporate strategy experience preferred)
An optimistic, high-energy problem solver
Analytical with a deep love for data-driven decision making
Experience in planning and conducting market research
Intellectually curious and eager to learn
Proactive and comfortable working with uncertainty
A crystal-clear communicator in person and online who’s experienced in translating data into strategic recommendations
Ability to value agreements and partnerships with limited input and has comfort with varying business models
Detail orientated, entrepreneurial, creative, open-minded, highly collaborative, developed problem solving abilities, analytical skills, and business judgment
Developed presentation skills
Experience in building and managing partnerships with large companies
Experience working in a matrixed organisation
