About The Role
Peloton Studios London is located in the heart of Covent Garden. The three-story charming space is a destination for members to meet our world-class instructors and the Peloton community in person. In addition, members can experience LIVE cycling and tread classes. We are looking for a Manager of Studio Operations to join the team!
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Act as a role model and brand ambassador for Peloton
Be a champion for business decisions and help communicate the overall strategy and vision for the Studio team
Demonstrate honesty and integrity and lead by example to influence and inspire others
Oversee Stagehand & Hardware Tech Teams:
Responsible for directly managing the assistant managers that manage the team
Deliver stellar experiences for everyone that enters the studio consistently
Ensuring the Studios are kept to a high standard
Standards of the equipment are adhered to and are performing as they should
Partners with Facilities, Member Experience and Content stakeholders to organize, coordinate and communicate the overall run of shows and any changes
Acknowledge your team’s successes and show recognition
Conduct employee evaluations through consistent feedback in real-time and planned performance conversations
Responsible for hiring and onboarding new team members
Analyze and manage studio profit/loss and look at ways to improve while within budget
Deliver the highest quality Experience in operation execution. This includes management of all day-to-day operations such as recruiting, hiring, training, inventory management, and staff management; upholding and seeing that all operating policies, including service and safety standards, are followed by all staff
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and your counterpart in the New York Studios
Handle customer issues/complaints with the utmost professionalism and work to accommodate special requests whenever possible
Demonstrate the ability to manage your schedule, prioritize and meet critical business timelines, and complete projects under pressure
Process invoices and expenses as needed for any third-party vendors/partnerships

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues and customers

Able to hold the team accountable and support where required
Professional and appropriate business appearance and demeanor
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning and late evening weekdays, adapting to meet the needs of the business
