ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a passionate Service Technician to represent the Peloton Brand and be the face of the company and product to our Members. You’ll be responsible for providing 5-star customer service in the servicing and repair of Peloton’s products in member’s homes, offices, and commercial properties.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Serve as a Peloton product expert and build genuine passion for our brand.

Perform in-home issue diagnosis and product repairs for Peloton’s members and commercial partners.

Ensuring all repairs are conducted following all SOPs and all products are left in a safe and working condition.

Responsible for the tracking and reporting of all inventory used, including spare parts.

Provide best-in-class customer service and education to build member excitement and engagement with Peloton’s products and community.

Responsible for the accurate use of all digital delivery tools to track routing, complete appointments, and fulfill appointments.

Proactively flag any customer escalations or feedback to the Delivery Experience Supervisor and liaise with member support as needed.

Conduct vehicle safety inspections and be responsible for the standard and cleanliness of the vehicle on return.

Practice safe driving and delivery/product handling procedures.

Follow all warehouse operational procedures and safety standards.

Support the delivery function with continuous improvement initiatives.

Support the warehouse and delivery teams in tasks including, but not limited to, bike building, deliveries, swaps, returns and housekeeping.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a technical/mechanical role with knowledge of best practices.

Dynamic personality, and excellent customer service skills.

Strong communication skills both over the phone and face to face.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve customer or technical issues in real-time.

Ability to work well and collaborate in a team atmosphere.

A passion for health, fitness and exercise.

Must have a valid DE driver’s license and a clean driving record, experience driving vans is advantageous.

Able to cope with the physical requirements of the role, including long days and the manual handling of all Peloton products.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
