ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Program Manager, Quality Systems and Tools is a key role on the Quality Strategy and Systems team within Peloton’s Quality & Safety organization. This role partners with Subject Matter Experts and members of Peloton’s Quality and IT teams to develop, support, and improve the systems and tools used by the larger Product Development organization. The right candidate for this role will have demonstrated experience in successfully driving planning, identifying gaps, proposing solutions,and executing improvements in a positive and constructive manner. This role will require strong organization skills, the ability to translate business requirements into workflows, and a strategic bent for helping set prioritization. 
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Prioritize projects by creating project plans, identifying constraints, providing mitigation plans, and reporting status to key partners
Oversee the business side of the management and development of ETQ Reliance, Peloton’s EQMS
Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to outline system requirements and develop process workflows for EQMS and partner system integrations
Organize and manage QA and User Acceptance Testing for the implementation of new EQMS modules
Assist in developing the strategy and roadmap for all Quality systems and tools
Work with business partners and Enterprise IT to identify and select systems and tools to support a closed-loop/end-to-end vision for quality process management
Partner with IT to review, prioritize, and track the implementation of all Quality system and tool enhancements
Work with the Quality Learning & Knowledge Manager to ensure training programs are in place for Quality systems, and communicate when changes are made to workflows or processes so that training can be updated accordingly

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

4+ years of experience in a TPM, process development, or systems development role 
Able to use technology to create a practical and effective system to drive efficiency
Experience working with complementary systems: product-lifecycle management systems (experience with Windchill a plus) and enterprise resource systems (experience with Netsuite a plus) 
Understands the art of nuance and has strong communication skills with the ability to align other functional leaders and teams around a vision
Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to clearly and concisely provide updates to cross-functional teams
Able to prioritize and balance multiple projects/deliverables while remaining focused on attention to detail
A personable and compassionate teammate who’s able to work with a variety of partners
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter dynamic environment
