ABOUT THE ROLE
The Enterprise Technologies Finance IT team, part of the broader CIO organization, is looking for a proactive and collaborative self-starter to support the team’s mission to establish a best-in-class Finance solution by supporting our existing NetSuite ERP implementation. This will be achieved through developing a deep understanding of financial processes and configuring NetSuite to support our evolving
business models. You will interact with multiple stakeholders across the organization and will be instrumental in furthering the team’s mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of an evolving business systems team in a high-growth global organization. You will have the opportunity to design, build and implement best practice financial processes.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP (NetSuite Certified) with development tools such as SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteBundler, SDF, and APM.
Deep understanding of system integration capabilities in NetSuite, including SuiteTalk (REST and SOAP) and SuiteAnalytics Connect
Strong functional experience with financial/accounting processes in NetSuite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Adept and proactive at problem-solving and conflict resolution
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure; manage tight deadlines and situations where conflicting priorities arise
Multiple full-lifecycle implementations
Advanced degree in Information Technology, Accounting / Finance, CPA or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Record to Report processes
Agile (SCRUM) experience
You can analyze technical problems to develop long-term sustainable solutions but can also provide quick tactical results when necessary
You can articulate complex concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders
You have excellent analysis and critical reasoning skills

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Develop new solutions for NetSuite to support our evolving business model
Support end-to-end solutioning: design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite functionality and enhancements to meet business needs
Maintain clear and detailed documentation on new features, enhancements, configuration, and customizations
Support the finance team by actively identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver solutions that create efficiencies and add value
In adherence with SOX, ensure procedures, processes and proper change controls are adhered to on all production changes and implementations
Monitor the system and identify critical issues with the existing solutions and proactively design and fix the as-built solutions
Drive root-functional root cause analysis where issues are noted and be a champion for prioritization and remediation
Work closely with cross domain IT teams and business partners efforts to develop and test any cross functional solutions
Understand and document business requirements; analyze existing and/or new information and applications; propose potential solutions; and execute selected technology solutions
Facilitate consistent adoption of best practices, policies, and standards.
Develop strong working relationships with your Enterprise Technologies and finance peers as well as across the wider Peloton teams
Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users
