Job Details

We are seeking a Talent Strategy Coordinator to support several functions within the Talent Strategy Team at Peloton! The Talent Strategy Team is the team focused on the daily support of the Global Instructor Team. Functions of this team include: casting & onboarding of new instructors, instructor brand strategy, day-to-day support of instructor schedules, shoots, promotions, and other company initiatives as it relates specifically to instructors. Our ideal candidate works collaboratively with senior leadership and understands the nuance and confidentiality of working with on-air personalities. With the instructor’s work and wellbeing at top of mind, this role will support teams of Peloton talent with fairness, grace, humility, inclusion, and open-mindedness.

Work closely with Talent Strategy leadership and support time and content focused initiatives.
Support casting initiatives for new instructors which include creating pitch decks and support materials, maintaining a global casting database, responding to casting submissions, and assisting in sourcing talent.
Support initiatives surrounding instructor brand strategy which include creating class highlight reels, support materials for brand development sessions, and editing evolving brand documents.
Maintain documentation relating to outside brand partnerships for instructors. Track and document progress of discussions, contracts, life-cycle relationships. Schedule calls, meetings, and other correspondence with instructors for the Talent Strategy team as needed.
Assist to execute & act as talent support in shoots – marketing & content for instructor asset creation
Assist in instructor talent support initiatives including events, admin as needed


3 years of working experience in television, entertainment, or event management 1+ years working with talent and/or fitness experts.
Confidence, clear communication skills and a positive mentality
Experience in Google Suite required.
Basic editing skills (cutting, content creation, audio mixing) required
Contract experience, working in a confidential environment a plus
Comfortability in learning basic database software
