YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Assist Studio Manager in interviewing, hiring, and performance reviews
Lead all aspects of the Concierge Desk and team
Creates the team’s schedule and sends it out on a regular basis while monitoring switches between team members.
Assist Studio Manager with ensuring the team is effectively completing job responsibilities
Demonstrate honesty and integrity and lead by example to influence and inspire others by being a role model and brand ambassador for Peloton
Handle customer issues/complaints with the utmost integrity and work to accommodate special requests whenever possible
Partner with fellow management team and departments to engage with and promote special members moments
Understand team member positions well enough to perform duties in team members absence
Create and build reports of members traveling to studios celebrating milestones through zingfit and looker
Build out group booking programme, class packages, promotions, and assist in leading events
Design a tiered Tour structure including but not limited to tours for new members, VIPs, high-profile guests as well as all scheduled tours in-studio
Responsible for team responding to members and requests specific to concierge through Zendesk and handling these within agreed KPIs
Think creatively about ways to improve the Peloton experience for our members every day in-studio and solve problems, share ideas, and implement

Thorough management experience
Thorough experience in a member/customer-facing role
Outstanding customer service skills in the customer service/hospitality industry
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be extremely well organized
Exceptional communication skills
Ambitious, hard-working, team-oriented, and passionate about the fitness industry
Must have outstanding computer literacy
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning and late evening weekdays, adapting to meet the needs of the business
Reliable, professional, computer literate, upbeat, and friendly
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and strong time management skills
Must have a positive, can-do attitude
