ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton Studios operates 365 days a year to deliver both a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content and world-class boutique fitness offerings to our members. We are looking for passionate, customer service-driven individuals to ensure an outstanding experience throughout the entire member journey at our studios. A successful candidate will be driven by developing relationships and creating memorable moments. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hard-working, self-starter.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
Handle all pre-arrival arrangements, including but not limited to nearby hotel accommodations, parking garages, and directions
Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
Act as a point of reference for members who need assistance throughout the studio, attend to their needs, guide them in the accurate direction or direct them to the right person
Handle member advance booking for notable classes (Birthdays, milestones, anniversaries, etc.)
Pull reports of members traveling to studios celebrating milestones through zingfit and looker
Partner with Member Experience, Front Desk, and Stagehands for any milestones, first-timers, high profile guests to prepare gift bags and studio swag
Walk members through our class types offered, instructors, class packages, promotions, or upcoming events finding them the best in-studio experience
Provide tours for new members, VIPs, high-profile guests as well as all scheduled tours in-studio
Responsible for Drift Chat communication and transferring member requests to the correct departments as needed
Respond to members and requests specific to concierge through Zendesk
Appropriately address member feedback in person, via phone, drift chat, or email with a professional and friendly demeanor
Assist with any member-organized in-studio meetups – helping to keep them engaged with a strong sense of delight, relationships, and community
Help build surprise and delights for members with before, during, and post member visits with the help of fellow studio departments
Think creatively about ways to improve the Peloton experience for our members every day in-studio and solve problems, share ideas, and implement
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
Candidates must be at least 18 years or older to apply
2+ years of meaningful work experience in the customer service/hospitality industry
Concierge experience and fitness experience is a plus
High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience
Reliable, professional, computer literate, upbeat, and friendly
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and strong time management skills
Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
Must have a positive, can-do attitude
