Role Summary:

Responsibilities & Requirements: Creation of documentation for:

Technology: our products: operating instructions and service manuals for ball valves and drives
Software: our IT systems: user guides for SAP transactions, product configurators, specification sheets for SAP adjustments, IT concepts.
Processes: our processes: process visualizations, e.g. B. Process flow charts, process flows / specifications for various topics, preparation of key figures
Standardization of all in-house documentation based on guidelines
Carrying out system tests in various IT systems: SAP, CPQ, Windchill, …

Project work e.g.:

Support in the implementation of supplier documentation management
Introduction of the Machinery Directive
Paperless documentation
Various IT process issues

Preferred Experience / Skills:

Completed university studies
Work experience an advantage
Technical understanding and process thinking
Affinity to IT systems including SAP R/3
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working and documentation
Willingness to advance and improve things and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
project management skills
High ability to learn and work in a team
Good expressiveness, German spelling
Very good knowledge of German and English
