Role Summary:

As a Precision Assembler, you will be working with a range of pumps, compressors and turbines offered for repair or modification (performance enhancement, problem solving) by our customers.

You will disassemble, inspect, clean, repair and reassemble the various parts of the products using machines such as balancing machines, hydrotest pump, various cleaning machines, also use of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical tools up to pressures of ± 2500 bar.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

In this role, you will be working with a range of machines such as balancing machines, hydrotest pump, and various cleaning machines.

• Tools to be used when clamping workpieces and dismantling and reassembling the pumps, such as hand tools, hydraulic press tools.

• Measuring tools such as tape measure, caliper, micrometer, feelers, spirit level, dial indicator.

• Hoisting tools for dismantling the pump, applying clamping means and placing workpieces, and reassembling the pump.

You are the ideal colleague if you have:

• Mechatronics technician nv. 2 or Service engineer nv. 3 or by equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years of work experience with rotating equipment.

• In possession of a hoisting certificate and VCA basis.

• Position is in day shift.
