WSP is currently initiating a search for a Contracts Analyst for our Rochester, New York office. The following locations will also be considered: Glastonbury, CT. 

Your Impact
Duties & Responsibilities:

Experience in having participated and carrying out negotiations to close contracts
Expertise in interpreting complex commercial/legal contract terms and conditions
Experience on drafting communications to contractors/Suppliers based legal contact terms.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Team focus and results oriented.
Experience in the infrastructure sector.
Open to work with teams remotely.
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
5 to 7 years of experience in Contract Management and Logistics related to energy infrastructure Contracts or related industry
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek.
This position is subject to and contingent upon client approval of candidates put forth for consideration by WSP.

Preferred Qualifications

An Associate degree in paralegal studies.
A Bachelor’s degree in legal studies will be given preference.
