WSP is currently initiating a search for a People & Projects Data and Information Coordinator for any of our major U.S. offices. The People & Projects Database Coordinator position will be responsible for managing our marketing collateral, which includes project descriptions, resumes, awards, images, client quotes, letters of reference, etc. The position supports the Strategic Growth Team in the completion of proposals and qualifications packages by conducting research on our projects, people and overall qualifications. The successful candidate will be a strong writer, have attention to detail, and the skill to manage a large database. We are looking for an energetic, motivated candidate with strong people, communication and organization skills. 
Your Impact

Review/maintain employee records
Review/maintain project records up to date
Verify/update Client references
Regularly update database with new information 
Update/maintain project imagery
Maintain employee licenses
Perform data searches
Track and resolve regional user issues and concerns
Provide training for new users
Conduct research on existing projects 

Who You Are
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or closely related discipline or equivalent experience.
5 years previous experience creating, updating, auditing and reporting data in a database environment, preferably CRM.
Strong organizational and coordination skills along with liaison capabilities and knowledge of business development procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strict attention to detail and problem solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage and prioritize workload
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience. Oracle CRM expereince a plus.
Experience in A/E/C industry

Compensation and Benefits:

WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.

Expected Salary: $55,500 – $88,800
