This Opportunity
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Coordinator for our Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Internationa Airport (HJAIA) office.  Be involved in projects with our Aviation PM Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. 
Your Impact

Work with project management team to execute construction projects.  Coordinate with multiple personnel including designers, contractors, owner and other stakeholders to insure project information is continuous. 
Perform fleet vehicle management.  
Daily administration of 32 project vehicles: coordinate cleaning, fueling and maintenance/repair of vehicles; ensure vehicles are meeting the stated COVID protocols, and provide various support to all users
Source maintenance/repair vendors and establish rapport with these vendors to ensure we are a preferred customer
Coordinate the approvals process for new users/employees
Report and follow up on vehicle accidents/incidents, coordinating between the driver, WSP and the third-party administrator
Monthly:  review and ensure thoroughness and accuracy of fuel and odometer logs, preparing monthly mileage report for submission to WSP; check third-party vendor billing and other documents for accuracy
Annually: facilitate the renewals of all vehicle licenses, insurance coverages, registration paperwork, clearance for airfield required lighting and radio equipment, and DOA-issued permit renewals
Annually:  coordinate with WSP for the new task order codes related to project vehicle activities
Assists with invoice reviews, change management, meeting scheduling, meeting mintues and project presentations. al project deliverables (As-Builts & O&M Manuals) meet HJAIA standards.
Provides risk management feedback on all assigned projects prior to and during construction

Who You Are
Required Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience.  
High School diploma 
 Proven work experinece track record.  
Must successfully complete and pass WSP’s Motor Vehicle screening
This position is subject to and contingent upon client approval of candidates put forth for consideration by WSP.

Powerpoint experience
Bachelors Degree
Presentation development skills
