This Opportunity
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Signaling Delivery Manager for our Washington, DC office.  Be involved in projects with our Transit and Rail team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. 
Your Impact

Provide support to signaling scope design and procurement effort, which will include close liaison with other delivery and engineering functions, including O&M, Rail Systems, and facilities
Manage signaling scope design and procurement effort, which will include close liaison with other delivery and engineering functions, including O&M, Rail Systems, and facilities
Manage the concept designs, contracting strategy, procurement process, contract award, and interface & integration with other parties.
Provide specialist advice and guidance to the business relative to signaling and systems integration
Extensive knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, subcontracts/contracts, planning, scheduling, and cost, estimating, and interrelationships, including engineering management and tracking of complex programs
Development of implementation and migration plan and its implementation schedules, including budget and schedule
Present technical information to client engineering and management groups. 
Provide support in the development of procurement documentation. 

Who You Are
Required Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in rail/transit projects or rail systems projects
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Experience in the delivery and design of large-scale metro projects 
Experience in CBTC technology

Preferred Qualifications 

Professional Engineer License 
WMATA Experience
